How can anyone put a price on Transcendental Meditation?

You can't put a price on the Transcendental Meditation technique. 
Some people say, Nothing spiritual should have a price tag on it, or, If this is really good and will make the world better, it should be taught for free. 

If it's everyone's birthright, as Maharishi always said, then why not give it out to everyone free of charge?
